The Client Management module helps you efficiently onboard, manage, and service your bank's customers throughout their lifecycle.

Customer Lifecycle

Understanding the customer lifecycle helps you manage the onboarding and approval process effectively. Below is the workflow showing customer states and status changes.

Customer States Explained

  • Pending Approval: New customer awaiting verification and approval
  • Approved: Customer approved but no accounts created yet
  • Active: Customer with active accounts and transactions
  • Rejected: Customer application denied
  • BlackListed: Customer blocked from all services
  • Exited: Customer relationship ended
