Customer Lifecycle
Understanding the customer lifecycle helps you manage the onboarding and approval process effectively. Below is the workflow showing customer states and status changes.
Customer States Explained
- Pending Approval: New customer awaiting verification and approval
- Approved: Customer approved but no accounts created yet
- Active: Customer with active accounts and transactions
- Rejected: Customer application denied
- BlackListed: Customer blocked from all services
- Exited: Customer relationship ended
